There were 8 of us for my mother’s 80th birthday dinner and our service was horrible throughout the dinner..... sporadic delivery of food and dessert, I sat waiting for my meal while everyone had theirs. We waited so long for our meal and it wasn’t that busy, only parties of two. Then the waiter cleared all plates except two and put our food to go in small plastic containers without a bag and we had to juggle these small containers to our cars...mine fell on the sidewalk.... too expensive for chicken and pasta, total waste of my money!!!! WON’T EVER go back because of such rudeness from the barmaid, and untrained etiquette for a restaurant and a total disregard for customers 👎 p.s. and I’m being nice

This was a perfectly paced and enjoyable meal.  Our relative frequents the place and said everything was good... and it was.  Our waitress was great with children.  The food was great, too.  It is pricey compared to (some menu items at) an Olive Garden, but I think the food was worth it.  There was a very joyful vibe among the patrons which was nice.

Excellent food! Service was a little slow, but it was a Saturday night and busy. Will be returning. $$$

For what you get it was just okay.  I feel like I had a better experience going there as guest for a party then going there as a customer on my own. I think for what you get their prices a little high. Most Italian restaurants make Utica greens. Theirs was just okay not race worthy. 7 dollar beer on Tap for a shmoe beer didn't help either.

Nice place with cozy atmosphere to have your romantic dinner here, even we arrived near their  closing time: the staff still welcoming us with warm smiles and provide full dining experience: appetizer, main meal, dessert even offered us to have coffee and digestive.

Special thanks to Rachel for her patience repeating their daily menus as we still not used with strong US accent and perfect wine pairing she choose for our meal.

We end up as the last customer for that night as we check out almost midnight. & IF you decide to make a stop after reading this review, please send our regard to Rachel.
