Overall, the office is clean and the staff is friendly. Dr. Horchos was funny and attentive. However, when I initially contacted this office to schedule an appointment, they told me they were in my insurance provider's network. I made multiple appointments to have fillings redone and a crown done. It was only after I made my first payment towards the crown (over $300), that I questioned why the office sent me a second bill for over $500. When I called the office the receptionist stated that she could arrange a payment for me SINCE I WAS SUFFERING FROM FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES. She rudely assumed that I couldn't afford the work I was having done. It was only after I spoke with a second receptionist that they admitted fault. Apparently when they submitted the first claim through my insurance, it was denied because they were indeed NOT in my network. The office offered nothing to rectify the situation.

Very professional & friendly Dr & staff!!! Dr. Horchos was both informative & knowledgeable with regards to my dental needs. Quality dental care for the whole family! Thanks!

Dr. Horchos and his team are beyond amazing. After 4 days of horrendous pain I took a friend's advice and called Chestnut Dental Associates. They took me in immediately, even as a new patient. I was met with smiles and the office is immaculate. They were great at calming my nerves and jumping into action, even performing a root canal at that appointment. I can't tell you how amazing it is to not be in pain and have a Dentist that I trust. Dr. Horchos even called me that night to ensure I was doing okay. I didn't think dentists this amazing existed! I only wish I had found them sooner! Thank you!

I had the best service ever.dr Carl really care about his patients,and he was so nice and friendly..he won't start the work before figuring out the problem. Great staff ,super clean practice. I will definitely go back and send all my friends and family.

I was very nervous about a front bridge. Never should have worried. My smile is fantastic, and my bite has never felt so comfortable. The clinicians are all caring and highly skilled. The front desk personnel are very friendly and accommodating. I have every confidence in this office and would recommend it to anyone. And I should know...I'm a hygienist!
