My mother started her third round of chemo and I wanted to get her arrangements for her treatments. Karen and the rest of the team have since sent bouquets each treatment she has and have given me awesome pricing while delivering amazing arrangements. I have ordered over 10 arrangements and each one has been amazing. I only use them for my flower needs now.

Ordered flowers for my mom's birthday and they delivered the completely wrong bouquet with 1/2 the amount of flowers shown in the picture. The delivery driver also told my mom that the balloon I paid extra for flew away so she wasn't going to get one. I paid a lot of money for poor quality!! Do Not Use!!!

A few years ago, I bought beautiful roses for my mother in law at Chet & Leona's. I usually do my own floral arrangements but this year I was so busy I couldn't get flowers for my mothers birthday ahead of time since being a day after valentine's day, all were gone. So I thought about Chet & Leona's since my mother LOVES red roses. I checked their website and order by phone to pick up the next day. The lady who answered and too my order sounded very nice and friendly. I had a really good feeling about this. Next day (feb 15th) I pick up my floral arrangement and surprised!!!! what were suposed to be be beautiful red roses in my mothers floral arrangements, were pink! My mothe's name is Margarita, which is the name for Daisy flowers in inglish, and the White Daisies where crumbled-beaten-up-Daisies. I was very dissapointed and called them back. The older guys who ansered the phone was nothing less than rude and almost yelling at me. he said they would make a new one for me but, since valetines had been the day before, they had no red roses. You would think an order made specifically with red rosed and white daisies would be red and whilte.... nope! and they decided to replace without telling me. When I told him I did not have time to wait for htem to make a new arrangement he said. "ok, bye!" and hunged up. I called back and asked for a refund. he said very rudely, to go back to the store and they would do a refund. The lady opend the bag, checked the flowers, and said, I was not going to be able to find better flowers anywhere in Milwaukee. Sad, because I find better looking ones at wholesale stores (at retail price ofcourse) for the arrangements I make. My mother's birthday flowers were a day late and I will not go back to Chet & Leonas, ever! oh and my refund is not back yet, its been 5 days and they still have my money on hold. I sugest Just because florist on 43rd and Oklahoma. I buy long stem roses for my arrangements there sometimes, and the sir, that's always there had the best customer service ever!

I have an account with this company and have been a customer for several years until recently I ordered some flowers online in the morning and told them to deliver it before 3pm. They call me at 2:45pm and leave me a message with a rude lady telling me " I CAN NOT deliver this at 3pm today" I call back and she tells me that she will not deliver it today because they had a GLITCH in the system and she just got the order. She sounded pretty rude on the phone. SO i told her to deliver it the next day but after thinking of the rude VM that was left and when I called back she didn't even apologize for the GLITCH so I called back and spoke to a Male and cancelled my order. I called today to see when I was going to see my money back and he told me today and as I was talking to him he hung up on me. Chet & Leona Co. I suggest you be more patient with customers and work out some kind of reimbursment when issues like this happen or at least be apologetic when you call the customers back and leave more friendly voicemails or you will loose valuable customers like me. Dissapointed in this Flower shop! Goodbye Forever and I will never want any of my family members or MANY friends buy of this company. Yes they have pretty flowers, reasonable prices but Customer Service =Not the greatest! I don't care how busy they are. A "valuable customer" should never be treated this way. I'll take my money elsewhere.
