What a terrible experience! I was amazed at how someone could ruin the experience of getting birthday flowers but that delivery driver did that. Telling me that if didn't meet her to get my flowers I would either have to drive to Cheney or wait until the next day.  I tried to contact the company and waited a week to receive a reply but nothing.

Everyone is so helpful and polite. I will continue to use this shop. They make beautiful arrangements and are always willing to be creative.

I go to Chet's Flowers 3-4 times per year and have never been disappointed. Valentine's Day, birthdays and the occasional (unfortunate) funeral, I always seem to get great service and a tremendous value.

Becky was very friendly and I was very impressed with the service she gave me. Though she was very busy, she was able to whip me up a beautiful boquet for my wife even though I didn't order ahead. I enjoy supporting this local business.
