I moved to the area about a year ago and have been “interviewing” new stylists at a few salons. I wasn’t really impressed with the results I’ve received thus far and resumed the search for my new hair magician. I decided to look on Groupon for deals because I didn’t want to pay full price for a service I may not be happy with again. I came across one for Cheveux who offered a great deal to NEW CLIENTS ONLY (always read the fine print, people. It's not their fault if you don't.). I read rave reviews on Google and another website and decided to give it a try.  As a redhead (and red fades fast) I was a little apprehensive about organic coloring, but I’m always willing to give something a try. I was booked with Ann and when I arrived at my appt. I was greeted very warmly by Jen. Ann put me in her chair, we consulted, and she began to work her magic. I was very pleased with the cut and color. Nearly seven weeks later, my color still looks great!  I finally made my choice, and it’s Cheveux.

Very Very poor service. I had the keratin treatment done and after the first hair wash my hair were same as before the treatment. Not smooth or shiny at all. Friziness still as before. They changed 20 dollars extra for little extra hair length and it was a total waste of time and money.

Horrible Experience!! No stars!  I had my hair colored by Jen. I did not get the Beige Blonde I asked for I got Brown! it was Not even Blonde!. We spoke on the phone About another Appt a Redo ! which I paid $35.00 for again! Jen asked me "when can I come into the salon..?  the appt was for 12:15 the next day. And when I got there Jen looked at me.And said" Can I help you.."I said I am here for my appt I'm early. And then, Ann another Stylist.said to me".We Can't do your hair! I said." I spoke to Jen on the phone about the appt."and she said" it Must have been our Receptionist that made The appt. And Jen said" Rudely! yeah! she sounds like me..They acted like they didn't even know me!!! I told them I am going to contact the Manager!. I was also Very mad that I drove almost an hour away!  for them to play games with me! I e-mailed the Manager on May 25,2017 and Never heard back from her!  What would anyone else Have done..!? Am I right to leave a Negative Review...?

Went here for my first time with a Groupon and was more than happy with the service and results. It was my first time getting my hair professionally highlighted and I was a bit nervous. My highlights were amazing and almost a year later, they are still noticeable! I even got compliments from other salons. I can't wait to go back!

Great place, friendly and experienced staff.  I tried the salon out one day during my lunch break and have been going back every 5 weeks for the past 2 years.
