Cashier by name of Austin gave me wrong change and failed to offer any solution to correct providing me the right change aside from telling me that I would have to wait until his end of his shift to balance his register. It is not about the amount it is the poor customer service and lack of will to resolve a simple transaction error that I question if this gas station follows any procedure handed down by Chevron.

I love this Chevron because I can pull off of KENDALL DRIVE, pick any of a multitude of pumps, gas up, clean my windows​ and pull out in 5 minutes flat❣ What else would you need, but expediancy  and efficiency❣⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐In addition, you can find just about every chip, beverage and beer under the sun, inside the store❣ Just awesome, love my COOL RANCH DORITOS WITH A COOL MICHELOB BEER❣💘💘💘💘💘😊😉🙌

I usually get gas here about 3 times a week for the ladt 2 years. Today i paid for the largest car wash package, the back end of my vehicle was still filthy. I returned after 10 minutes. I told them since they washed half a car i wanted half my money back, (about $4.50). Miguel told me i could have a free car wash, i refused. Why would i want to go through a car wash again and still not have it wash the back end of my car? He said "no one else complains" i told him if he wanted to call me a liar the car is right out front and the time stamp on the receipt showed about 10 minutes prior, he refused to even look at my vehicle sayimg "10 minutes is 10 minutes"- implying that i was trying to cheat him. Since now i know they are theives, i will never return. Also, as i became increasingly frustrated he just kept saying "calm down" and laughing in my face and making fun of me to another customer. 

I felt my request of receiving half my money back was more tham fair, the employee was extremly unprofessional.

They have skimmers on most of their gas pumps and they could care less about it. I have 100% irrefutable proof that my CC was skimmed here and when I called they said "Ok Thanks". Could care less. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!
