Compliments the Hotel / Restaurant

This fueling stations completes a trifecta of idealism along the 57 freeway in Fullerton / Placentia.  A nice place to stay, a nice place to eat, and a nice place to refuel all in one area.  Additionally, this station has a decently stocked convenience store and a very popular car wash.  

The fueling station convenience store has an added bonus of being very close to the hotel (whose internal, mini convenience store is under stocked & over priced).

While pumping gas I noticed pump price was higher than the price on the sign. When I asked about it I was told I had paid before the price went down. I asked if they would honor the lower price and was told no. I told them I would no longer buy anything from them and was told that is fine with them...

Too much tire dressing now I have to wipe off sling. I made a point to open the shade on my sunroof so they would clean the inside of it. I understand if it's closed you don't think about it but they closed the shade and didn't clean the inside of the glass! Such BS! I'll try one more time in a month and if this hasn't changed I'm looking for a new place. I think that's lenient.

 I went here because I got a Groupon; it ended up costing me more money than I saved. As I was driving home, I discovered they had vacuumed up the fasteners for my floor mats. I called and was told they would check for them in the vacuum catch and Ricardo would call me the next day. He never called. I called a few days later and he told me he had never found them, but would find other ones in the catch for me and would give them to me the next time I was in (so I guess he was going to jack somebody else for theirs). I can't buy new fasteners- I have to buy a whole new floor mat. 

When I was their, they would intermittently work on my vehicle, then they would go and completely leave mine standing while they went and worked on other vehicles that had come after mine, then they would return to mine when they were done with the other vehicles. It ended up taking a really long time. The final product was good (minus my missing floor mat fasteners), but the wait and the lost fasteners completely eliminated any savings from the Groupon and ended up costing me way more. 

Their customer service is terrible, but their work is (mostly) good. You're taking your chances of you go to this place!
