Bought some coffee. Took a sip after paying for it and it was cold. Was told I would have to pay for another cup of the warm coffee.

The car wash is a complete rip off. My car came out just as dirty as it was when I went in. I went back into the store with my receipt and they refused to do anything about it.

Stop here when I am heading to north Santa Rosa, and the car wash is pretty convenient. Be careful to check your receipt to make sure you get the code for the wash you wanted - last mine was wrong and not too happy about that. Store is clean and has pretty good coffee, and the equipment has always been working when I stopped there.

Car wash is worthless, does nothing but spritz water on hood and blow on the roof. Didn't even get the dust off much less any dirt. Such a rip off that I won't get gas here either.

1st. time I went it was so-so, 2nd. Time it stopped in washing cycle 3 rd. time (see pictures) it look just as bad as when I came in. The service people were rude and say that's what you get on a 6.00 wash and would not budge. I told him I was never coming back. They need people skills.
