(READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS) The worst and most disrespectful service I've ever got from a U-haul rental station. I booked a truck online for 7pm. I got a call asking am I coming for the rental (Husband/Owner). I arrived a hour and a half earlier and asked the (Wife/business partner) can I get the truck now or do I have to wait to 7pm. NO ANSWER. She just start asking for my information. She asked for my debit card and I replied I logged all my information in online so I wouldn't have to go through this process. She said you can go somewhere else because she has been doing this for years. She was very argumentative when I ask why they ask for all your info online if I still have to give my card. Again no answer. After 5 minutes of threats to not give me the truck and call the police I told her just process me so I can leave. She does and the mileage on the truck was different from invoice. (thank God I seen that). The gas was low so when I got my thing packed in the truck I had to stop and get gas right away. They couldn't even fill the truck and it's a gas station. Then I was ready to bring it back to the station and the (Husband/owner) call and say "where the he'll you at?". I get up set and say it's not 7 pm yet. (I ordered 24 hour rental) He said you picked up the truck at 5:30pm. His wife didn't tell me to bring it back 530 because she was to busy arguing with me. Though this all it felt like I was being scammed. I ended up paying a second charge of $30.PLEASE TAKE IT FROM ME DO NOT RENT TRUCKS HERE OR GET GAS HERE. GAS HERE IS 20 CENT MORE THEN ANY WHERE ELSE.

Bad service, not nice with customers, almost rude, as though they doing a favor renting an u-haul truck to me. The truck also has been fueled at about a quarter of gas, because they probably expecting you to fuel it at their expensive gas station. I've been glad to get out from the place as soon as possible.

Okay for me, man running the counter was very friendly and I got gas with no issues.
