The cashier was extremely rude.  I parked my car to get gas then went in to use the restroom. It was locked so I asked him if I could use the restroom. He then said in a patronizing tone, "did you read the door?!". I said "no, is it out of service?" and he told me to "read the door" in a rude tone again...  I went to check the door and it said customers only so I pointed out that my car was at the pump and he told me "that's all you had to say". I found him to be super rude and inconsiderate.

I asked to pay for my gas at the register. Without a word, the cashier took my money and motioned me outside. I got to the pump and realized that I could not use my Von's reward card. I walked back into the station and told the cashier that the pump had not let me use my rewards card. Instead of responding in a courteous, professional way, the cashier became frustrated with me. He explained to me that I had to use my Von's card at the register. Then after I used my card, he informed me, in a short, patronizing tone, that I did not have enough points to get a discount.

Customer service that breaks down at the first sign of a mistake by the customer will not serve him or Chevron well.

Went in to pay for gas to put $10..the attendant came out screaming..hey! Hey! You didn't give me 10 only nine...I went back in to check and I had dropped a $1 on the side of my car...the point he was rude...just because one person tries to rip you off..doesn't mean everyone will..with..jerk

I walked in (hobbled really, I disabled) and waited in line to ask for the restroom key. The older gentleman scowled at me and literally threw the key on the counter. When I finished with it, he was in the back room so I left it on the counter and started to walk out. He yells at me, "thanks for nothing" as I leave. Maybe he didn't see that I was filling up on number 7 (50+ dollars of Supreme, red Mini Cooper, Check the cameras). No, my hair wasn't brushed, but I was dressed in clean black clothes and I certainly don't smell. I will not be going there again.
