Was celebrating a last minute birthday catch up visit with an old and dear friend. It was extremely hard to get napkins we had to use the same napkin for everything and yes it was paper We killed the flies that were determined to ruin the night. The drinks were excellent of course the bartender always gets it right Our waiter kind of ghosted us but we enjoyed our food the salsa was pretty tasty! Extra napkins and a how is everything would have been awesome.
The food here is good but once they brings you your food you won't see the waitress come by again to refill your drinks. I had the mix grill fajita combo steak, shrimps, chicken and pork and a root beer. I needed a refill of my drink but the server never came back until the end to give you the check. Food is a bit expensive here.
My sons and I visited this wonderful restaurant 4 years ago and recently this afternoon with my local family. The high quality of the food and excellent service had not changed one iota and is truly a wonderful place to enjoy a family dinner and conversations! We will definitely return when we're back in town next year.
This restaurant has great food but I think the drinks are over priced and not that good hence the 3 stars. We ordered some piña coladas and they were not good, it was too sweet. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food and generous portions - no complaints there. They have fresh flour tortillas!
Great food and drinks. Better people and service. They noticed they accidentally made me the wrong burrito chicken instead of steak. I hadn't said a word. I told them it was no problem and the one I was eating was delicious. They insisted on making me a new one to go, despite my reassurance that I was not upset. Both were excellent.
This place has so much potential! The restaurant is attached to the hotel. Additionally, if you show your room card you get 15% off your bill. The food was really good. Probably the best Flautas we have ever had. They were filled with plenty of filling and the sauces that came with them were amazing. The crab and shrimp quesadillas were exceptional and had plenty of flavor. The steak tacos were filled and the meat was tender. I would recommend getting the appetizer version of the chicken flautas versus the dinner as you get two more flautas, unless you really want the rice and beans. Now here comes the reason that the restaurant only has three stars. First off it took forever to get a waiter over to our table and they were not busy in the seating area, as you can see when I took the dining room photo. When the waiter came, he smelled of alcohol and had the demeanor or someone intoxicated with slow slurred speech and reactions. When he took our order he messed up on everything. The server came over to our table to deliver our food and it was nothing that we had order. There then appeared to be some confrontation with our waiter and the food server. The food was then taken back and the waiter came over to re-take our order. By now two other tables were seated and they were getting there food. We never received a refill on our water or was asked how anything was after we got her food. We also happened over here to other tables around us stating that their bills were wrong and they had to get a manager to correct it. A female manager was walking around collecting all the errors our waiter was doing this evening. The unfortunate part was the female manager never apologized to any of the tables or us for any of the inconvenience and or stress caused by such confusion. The waiter never apologized and actually came over and had the audacity to ask if we wanted some dessert. When we received our bill, of course it was incorrect. We advised that we were occupants of the hotel and was advised to shore card for a discount. This was done initially but due to the intoxication of the waiter, I am sure he forgot. The female manager brought the bill over and it had been corrected. It is unfortunate that this was our first and last experience with this place. The place has some really good food, so if you are willing to roll the dice on service and a proper bill, it might be worth a shot. I am trying to be fair, thus the 3 star, but the complete lack of acknowledgment of the very unprofessional service has left a bad taste in my mouth.
What great happy hour nachos and Margaritas half price. Stopped by with friends sat on the patio and enjoyed. The tastey food and drinks. Service was great.
It's a popular and local hanging out place for many it seems, as cars are pulling in during the evening. The outdoor seating was pleasant with Mexican music in the background and uncontrollable laughters by a woman during dinner. The waitress was pleasant, food and my raspberry migarata were fantastic. Although the charge of migarata was slightly high, the overall bill was very reasonable compared with many other restaurants these days. I give it a rare 5 stars!
Took my son there for his Birthday The food was a little more pricey than most places but the Mexican Fajitas were worth it. We got the sampler fajita with a mix of all the meats. So delicious.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: YesDelivery: YesCurbside pickup: Yes
We stopped in for an early dinner on Valentine's Day. When we arrived...the restaurant was empty. The bar was packed as Happy Hour was underway. We were seated...and...quickly greeted by our server. Just as quickly...she was back with our beverages...and...chips/salsa. Their house salsa was sooo good. It had a smoky taste but...was not spicy...which is just fine with me. ; I ordered the vegetable fajita platter...and...OH MY GOD: it.was.huge! [picture included] It was worth every penny. The vegetables were perfectly cooked: tender enough to enjoy in a fajita yet...still a bit crunchy too. They have their tortilla maker in the back of the dining room...near the kitchen. My daughter was very curious about it. One of the kitchen staff noticed her inspecting it...and...offered her a demonstration of how the machine worked. It was a really cool process...AND...she got to eat the tortilla afterwards. She thought this was pretty sensational. We had a lovely meal...amazing service...and...plenty of leftovers. We will always return...and...recommend to others.
