Worse experience ever, the nurses are understaffed and over worked. Very disorganized and no communication between doctors nurses or patients!! My husband waited over 6 hours with chest pain and shortness of breath with no help, not even a Tylenol or a glass of water was given to him when asked. Kept getting told conflicting stories, first the doctor was supposed to be putting in orders then after no response still 1 hour later we were told he was being discharged with no aid or help rendered but the X-ray they gave him and bet they charge my insurance though!! I will never come back here again!! Not if it's the last place to go I rather die at home than in that hell hole! I don't even want to give them the one star that it's making me give them!! The nurses even accused me of taking pics of them and made me open my phone and search through to make sure cause they didn't believe me when I said I was trying to google a taxi since they kept there til 4am for no reason, since my husband was never treated! However the doctor on duty seemed nice and comfortable with his shoes off and feet up everytime I went to the nurses desk to ask for an update, because of course they never came to tell us what was going on!!

Admissions process as a new patient takes about an hour.  Most of that time is spent waiting in the lobby.     I would not come here except it's where my insurance is accepted.  Came in for a basic chest X-ray.  The x-ray technician was very polite and professional.  The person I spoke with at admissions was also nice.  My biggest gripe with this place so far as a customer is that it took a long time to get in to be seen.

All of the nursing, cleaning and PCA staff are really friendly but like most hospitals the wait times in the ER are ridiculous. Highly inefficient in their time/patient management.  Plan to wait 12 hours or even days before you actually see a doctor even after you are admitted.  Our experience with the KelseyCare doctors and nurses practitioners that see patients there was not good at all.  The hospital should really reconsider who they allow in there. It's not bad like Bayshore where people essentially go to die but patients expect and should get better service than what they offer.

Being generous with 2 stars wanted to give one but atleast they checked in every now and then. The staff is slow with the updates. Waiting to be discharged for 45 minutes. Lab results took forever and had to draw blood again. The annoying thing was there was no update.
