Went in because of what I suspected was a hernia. I was crying in pain and near vomiting. I have never been in so much pain in my life. Finally get to see a doctor, he barely examines the area, says yeah you have a hernia and walks out. They immediately direct me to the payment point where the guy says you don't have insurance so if you don't have 1000$ cash next time we won't see you. So now I've got a huge medical bill for no care. I needed an x-ray or an ultrasound, I needed medicine as I hadn't slept in days. Well I go to another doctor elsewhere who tells me they're not exactly sure as the area is swollen but they don't know until I have an ultrasound. So how did this doctor know what was wrong? He didn't. They treated me horribly. They didn't give me any medicine what so ever. Obviously they judge you when you walk in, then they check to see if you have insurance, then they tell the doctor if you do or don't and they pretend to treat you. All they care about is money. So thanks for doing absolutely nothing. I'll never forget that day when I needed care and I didn't get any. Update, I called that line and no one answered go figure. I have been harassed every day by bill collectors. I'm about ready to speak to a lawyer as I am sick of being reminded of one of the worst experiences of my life everyday. You'll never get a dime from me.

I’ve been waiting in the ER to be seen for over 3 hours. I’ve come to the hospital in the past and they were quick but this will be my last time here. This is ridiculous. The ER is full of people waiting to be seen and barely any seating. St Luke’s you all need to do better with on call doctors or scheduling. This is horrible and if I wasn’t in pain and weak I would’ve left and went elsewhere.

I had surgery here, and they were very caring and kind. One of the ladies that checked me in actually gave me a rock to go on my desk as I was leaving the hospital with the word "Faith" on it. I was recovering from a bad dentistry nightmare in a previous review at the hands of Blaire Marshall DDS. If I have a choice, I will use this hospital every time. They called the night of my surgery to check on me and they called the next day to make sure I was ok and since I was on heavy medication, they repeated the instructions again for post surgery. Awesome place! I will say they are very pricey, but I feel it is worth it.

Nice staff, but rooms are freezing cold at night. Kind nurse helped me get into my coat and hat to try to asleep. But difficult with 2 IV. Heart monitors. Blood pressure cuff and oxygen monitor on my finger. Maybe my son will go buy me an electric heating blanket so I can sleep tomorrow. 4:15 am. So tired. But so cold. They have heated blankets in ER but not for patients.

My father walked in on Friday and died in the hospital on Sunday morning after being there all weekend without seeing a doctor! They had him in ICU and still never saw a doctor. I don't understand why the nurse said there was not a doctor to see him. His fever was 103 and rising rapidly. They said he had an infection somewhere but could not say where and only did a cat scan and MRI which took hours. There was never any kind of emergency action taken. He died with a fever of 106!! I will warn everyone not to go to this hospital. How can someone be admitted to the emergency room with a fever and die 2days later without ever been seen by a physician in the ICU?!
