The receptionist who goes by Yaya has to be one the most helpful and friendly people I've ever met at a doctor's office. She was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Give this woman a raise.

THE GOOD: I have had a great experience with Dr Bali dating back several years. He seems genuinely interested in me as a patient and he has a great bedside manner. I think he also looks for affordable medication options where possible. I can recommend him highly; he keeps me coming back. THE BAD: My experience with staff over the years has been atrocious, unfortunately. If I leave a message for the nurse, I am lucky to get a return call, and routine requests are frequently ignored. Case in point-  I received blood lab results about a week ago from CHI by telephone, and later, by mail. The results were germaine to another specialist Dr Bali had referred me to and with whom I had an appointment in the coming week. While still on the phone with the nurse on the labs, I asked her to forward the results to the second physician. She replied that the other physician could "probably" view the labs on CHI's network. Unconvinced, I insisted that she transmit them anyway. She said ok. At my appointment today, the other specialist had not received the labs and had no remote access capability either. Sadly, this is typical of staff.
