I have been a costumer for over 10 years and this was my last year. The service was rude, I paid $100 to fill out tax return form, comparing to what i paid before. Mr. Kozak was making stupid unnecessary comments while filling out tax form. Plus he didn't ask me any questions that would increase the refund I got. I told him I was a student, yet he didn't bother to ask how much I spent on books and other things. I have talked to my coworkers that go to the same school with me and made similar money, and got 1k more of a refund.
