I went to five dealerships in the last two months looking for a 2015 or 2016 street glide in the price range of $17,000 with cash in hand. The first four either didn't have what I was looking for or wouldn't work with me on price and let me and my cash walk out. They took my contact information and would call if they found something for me. I've visited the one closest to me three times and gave them that information each time I didn't hear back from any of them. Which really surprises me considering I had cash in hand. I then went to Chicago Harley Davidson and met with Brian. We talked about what I wanted and he showed me several used bikes and one new. A new bike would be great but the price had me thinking used. Brian was great at listening to my concerns and pros and cons of new versus used. He made it possible for me to purchase a 2017 street glide special without breaking the bank. I feel that I got a great deal and Brian made it a very enjoyable experience. No pressure sales. I couldn't be happier with the way I was treated. Now why didn't these other dealers do that? Their loss. Thank you Brian and Nick in Chicago Harley Davidson

Today I had a wonderful experience at Chicago Harley. I stopped in to drop off a wheel at the service department and wondered over to sales department to check out some Road Glides. The sales team there truly are a group of genuine folks; starting off with the sales manager on down. The layout of the showroom floor for both new and used is set up to make easy to shop. All the models are lined up to see what the difference is between a standard, special or ultra. It's a no pressure environment and I'm looking forward to returning. Awesome place!

I'm on my fourth Harley in four years from Chicago Harley. That says it all. I have always felt like family when I am there. Jerry, Nick, Lew and Ray in the service department are amazing people. The entire staff are always knowledgeable, courteous and professionals in their field. There is nowhere else I have felt like that. Most dealers I've been to are pushy and don't always give you the best deal possible right out the gate. If you want great service and an AWESOME bike at a fair price, go see these guys.

I just recently purchased my first Harley from Chicago Harley-Davidson and the folks there made it and continue to make it a great experience. Whether it was Lenny, who made sure I was on the right bike, to Jason and Nick who made the financial transaction seamless or Josh and Ray from parts and service who go above and beyond, they have always treated me right. If you ever needs parts, make sure to ask for Josh, he knows his stuff and will never steer you wrong. If you need your bike serviced, ask for Ray, he has always been professional beyond compare. I can't say enough good things about the folks who work there!

This place is AWESOME! The selection of bikes (used and new), the staff (shout out to Nick, Lenny, and the entire service crew!), the different events (monthly breakfasts, charity events, cook-offs, etc) and so much more! They genuinely embrace everyone who walks through their door and the experience is always amazing. They are also very candid and up-front when it comes to discussing sale options and will work with you to find the best bang for your buck. Truly the best Harley spot! Thanks again for everything guys!
