Jacob did an amazing job!!! He charged a fair price and was lovely to work with. He explains everything he's doing, and wants to make sure you understand what he's doing a why. Just a great experience. Getting a key made at the last minute is never a convenient expense...but, at least you'll get a licensed professional with this company.

I lost my car keys and needed an ignition key to get back on the road in a safe and timely manner. Chicagoland locksmith sent Maayan their ignition tech and he did a great job. Made me two copies in all under 30 minutes. I recommend everyone to use their locksmith services now or in the near future. Thanks guys!

When he came he was super chill and on time. He pretty much saved my life when every other damn place was closed. 
Even tho they are Chicagoland based. They were under 20 minutes to get here in the west suburbs.

I will always recommend this company for all locksmith needs. Nick came to my house and was very professional. I locked my keys in my house and couldn’t get in. He even calmed me down and assured me he could get in. Nick very quickly went to work and picked the lock. There prices were better then 4 other companies I called that day. Very happy!!!

I called them to get a car key made, but the locksmith never showed up!   He called me and said he was on his way to me at 1230. I waited 3 hours for this man, when I called the company to see what we going on they gave me the runaround, saying they would call him then call me back (they never called back). A total of 7 hours went by from the time of my original appointment when the locksmith decides to call me again asking "do you need a locksmith?". Are you kidding me? No apology whatsoever from him. However, the next day a woman named tiffany called & apologized. She rectified the situation by offering a discounted price, which was definitely appreciated. She was very kind and she was professional. Though I appreciate her correcting the issue, if they had locksmiths that were professional and prompt (unlike the rude, sarcastic locksmith i had) situations like this wouldn't need to be corrected. I eventually got my key over 24 hours after my initial appointment, but take my advice and seek locksmith services elsewhere due to the fact that your time may be wasted like mine was.
