Carol ONeill is definiutely duplicitous in her listing.  She fails to disclose vital information.  When asked to show a property to us, she was too busy.  AVOID her. I am in process of putting in a complaint on her with the Illinois Board of realtors and then a bait and switch case through my attorney.  She failed to list on FIVE sites that the property had to be an all cash sale.  Fact is... that's what we would have done and we would have paid more than the amount that she sold this one to!  STAY AWAY she is VERY BAD>

Avoid at all costs. Agent Carole O'Neill is rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. Failed to disclose upfront a requirement to be pre-approved by particular lender. After that, failed to disclose that the bank that owns the property will only accept FHA 203k. Now that same listing says "no fha" Perhaps duplicitous should be added to the list as well? I very much doubt the bank changed its mind.

In my opinion, this business and agent don't deserve anyone's business. Stay away.
