To be honest, this was the most dysfunctional cfa I've been to. The staff was nice but they were wandering the lot looking for people, they were wandering inside looking for people, going back inside asking for help. They shouted when I first got in that they were 15 biscuits behind... just was a bit of a cluster. I appreciate the kindness of the staff however and they got the meals right which counts for a lot. Just maybe need to have a manager who ensures a bit less chaos, or at least hides it better from the customer.
Was cut off while making our order. Had to go up to the window to finish our order. The guy at the window seem to not care that we didn’t get to finish placing our order. Had to ask for everything that we ordered since they didn’t give us everything. Also realized we got the wrong drinks as well. Definitely disappointed in this service. Industry is known for top notch customer service but we definitely did not get it. We weren’t asking for much. Just our food and be on our way. Disappointed
$10???? And this is supposedly a breakfast!!!That’s why I don’t eat this high priced food!!
As usual very quick friendly service. They were very busy as usual since this location is right across from Concord Mills but all orders were correct and quickly delivered right to where we were seated. Only downside is they were sooo busy they hadn't had a chance to wipe the table down where we sat. Bathrooms were clean though. Play area was clean too. Kid-friendliness: This location has a kids play area that was clean and big enough for several kids to climb around and play at the same time.
It's ridiculous to receive half of what you pay for! Why would I want to pay for a large if I'm getting the same amount as a medium? This seems to happen a lot lately from Chick-fil-A!
Just went through lane #1. The guy who took our oder was courteous and professional. Quickly changed our mobile order. Got our food 2 minutes later.Food: 5/5
One of my favorite franchises. My favorite, fast food, chicken hands-down. For fall they have an autumn shake that is absolutely fabulous and is my new favorite milkshake.
Customer service was good until I received a water with something black sure it could be mold I work in fast food, advise a manager must be something normal because he didn't seem bother at all. SMHFood: 1/5
The best Chick-fil-A I have been too! Super clean and very friendly staff
Normally I order ahead on the app, but I was in the area and the line wasn't too long. When I pulled in the drive through I was met by a young man. He was nice and friendly and assisted me with ordering. Placed my order with no issues, and it was prepared just the way I asked. Food was nice and warm, and most of all it was delicious! Chick Fil A has always been good to me.
