I preface this with STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION  I went to this location on 9/28. Generally okay except for one other prior experience I’ll mention later. I got my food and then I go to work and eat during some down time. I look down at my chicken strip 3pc after finishing one and biting into the other and found a green plastic strip baked into the chicken. AND the best part I filled out a complaint order that day, still not a single word since. I filled out another reminder form this past Monday, nothing. I call corporate to get a complaint on Wednesday and since they work individually they could only fill out another slip and notify them I had a picture. Still nothing. So I am bringing it to their reviews to post along side the other pictures of undercooked, health hazardous food.  And the best part is last year on 10/24/21, I had a similar issue with the same meal in question. But instead I open my chicken strip box to see what looks like white fuzz from cloth or down in a jacket, baked into all three strips. They responded asap back then. I don’t know why they won’t now. I don’t want a free three separate meals. I want a full refund on this meal that could’ve caused me to be sick by eating plastic from who knows that it could’ve been from.  If you value your health and your wallet, find a different location or just don’t go. And for this location, I’m still waiting on hearing back from you.

Ahhhh chick fil A I guess they really don’t do dine in anymore but the service this morning really needed some touch up Had to go to the counter about 3 times to order my usual Saturday morning meal Double spicy deluxe with Cobb salad and cookies with a strawberry milkshake Definitely makes Saturday a day too lol forward to The meal was delicious and nutritious as always Shout out to chick fil A for that!!!

Fries are either always under cooked, 1/2 way filled or my order is missing items. On todays visit, my order was missing an item even after I explained to the employee at the window that my order was incorrect. She stated my order was correct, I pulled off looked inside the bag and I was in total disbelief that my order was yet still Incorrect. I went back inside and explained; to what appeared to may have been the manager due to difference in shirt color what the issue was at hand. He corrected the order however, the fries that were given were completely under cooked and half filled. I would recommend thoroughly checking all items and trying the next best chick-fil-a to satisfy all of your current food needs.

This morning on October 27, 2022, I ordered breakfast for my wife as a surprise because it’s her first day back to work from maternity leave. I was anticipating for the order to be delivered by the time I left for work so I can bring her breakfast in bed. I received a message stating that the food was delivered. I’m hoping to see the food as I walk out the door, I looked and there was nothing. My door camera showed that it was never delivered.  I contacted the store to report the issue. I was met by an extremely rude employee on the phone. First she argued with me that the food was delivered in front of my door, after informing her that isn’t possible because I just walked out my home to go to work. She then states that it’s my fault because I put in the wrong address which I didn’t. I asked her if I can get my money back or place a new order. She responds with an attitude saying “oh well that’s on you” and hangs up. Same thing happened to a friend of ours from this exact location. Management needs to know who they are hiring because it’s leaving a distasteful feeling about this place.

Burrito was very lackluster. Egg wasn’t fluffy like I’m used to seeing from Chick Fil A.

Always an awesome place to go. Chic Fila has amazing service that is generally unmatched and they mainly get my order right all the time. They have play places for children and have designated family nights.

Probably biased because I'm from the south, although the food wasn't awful, it was by far the worst food I have ever had from a chick fil a. Staff is also much less friendly than I expect from a chick fil a.Food: 3/5

Teddie the manager must of not had a great night at home. Came to work and answered the phone with a really bad attitude. I never had no experience like this at chick Fil a ever. My app wasn’t working and I called to get some assistance in ordering my son lunch for school and he wasn’t helpful at all. For him to be a manager and have that type of attitude is trouble.

Drive thru was moving at a snail’s  pace.  My order was wrong, the fries were cold, chicken strips were warm, and all of the ice had melted in the iced tea.  Where was/were the manager or managers? I called and spoke to a manager.  He wanted to know if I could come back.  I told him no because I had already wasted 20 minutes for lukewarm food and warm tea that was supposed to be iced.

Missing my chicken on the spicy salad. Payed $13.02 with no chicken. I even show the guy a pic of which salad I like. Just like how it's advertised. I think the guy took my order wrong.  So that was very sad to go home.  No chicken
