Feels weird to give chickfila a bad review, but all the employees seemed to be in a bad mad. From the woman taking orders at the drive thru to people we greeted inside as well. Also, as you can see one of our biscuits looked pretty sad for some reason, looks like someone tore up the bread then served it to us.Food: 2/5

This particular Chik fil A location is awesome! The service is incredible. The staff is always positive, considerate, and professional. My orders are always right, but if I have an issue, it is resolved immediately. Even with the long lines which is expected, this location will have customers in and out within minutes. I highly recommend!

Hit and miss, depending on where you go, quick service that’s about it, old dried chicken is what I got today, i guess the people who get fresh chicken, works there , not fit for a dog, dried chicken been there probably all day!!!Food: 1/5

This is my second time coming to this location, the only location that always gets my order wrong.  The food was cold and stele,  ordered a 5 peace grilled nuget. The employee looking at the monitor, and still got my order wrong. I'm beginning to the, their doing this on purpose. The Bartlett location is way better.Food: 1/5

Chik Fil A got me messed up! Must be the “shrink-flation” supply chain issues, blah blah blah… How you gonna cut up my chicken after it’s cooked and before you serve it? Come on ChikFilA! I knew these biscuits was getting smaller and smaller. Now they cut up chicken!!!  11/15/2023 UPDATE - I have to say, the Chik Fil A is back. I complained previously about the possible rationing of the chicken. I stopped back in, the chicken fillets are HUGE! Thanks Chick-Fil-A! No wonder you are the #1 chicken place!

8:00am young lady offered to get her manager to give me a jumpstart. I didn’t ask her she just observed that I was having troubles and went absolutely out her way. Exceptional customer service. Manager helped me with no hesitationFood: 4/5

Stopped for breakfast Wednesday morning and the food was good and they were very prompt and service outstanding, waited no longer than 12 minutes plus they had a long line outside and curve pickups were many, their customer service was outstanding to say the least and very humbleFood: 5/5

Came here for a late lunch last week and it was as expected. They have a great system down pack that allows for you to order, pay, and pick up food drive thru. I ordered the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich w/no cheese, Large Fry, and Regular Lemonade. Everything was in the bag as I pulled off I made sure to check but the food was lukewarm. I had to reheat the fries and chicken once I made it home. I totally get they’re wanting to move the line and not have long wait times but I would be more appreciative of hot food when I receive it. The customer service is amazing but the food was lacking.

Went here during lunch rush. My husband and I went through the drive thru. The order taker was excellent. The young man who took our cash not so much. Gave us back the wrong amount of change short $6. We had no sauce in our bags although they  showed on our receipt as having been added to the order. Was made to get out and park to go inside and get the missing sauce… what should have been 10 minute experience turned into 25 minutes.
