Kristen hr director was rude… gave attitude over asking if we could please get whipped cream that was missing from an order… wouldn’t let us get more than two sauces and continued to raise her voice saying “ what do u want “ all the other workers were friendly though.Food: 4/5

Customer service is horrible, staff were really rude and when I asked to speak to supervisor she was even worse. It's embarrassing and sad to see that this people is totally ruining Chick-fil-As image. This is not how they do things and having employees treating people so disrespectful it's just sick. Never coming back to this store.Food: 2/5

Just received a RAW chicken Cobb salad. The chicken was cold, hard and raw so much I couldn’t bite through it. Health hazard, never in my life have I received undercooked food from chick fa la. This has to be the worst location in the country.Food: 1/5

Don’t be fooled by the line. This location knows what they’re doing! Orders come out quick and accurate with low wait times. The manager and staff are always so sweet and welcoming to all. It’s a top choice for our family when visiting the mall and everyone picking where they want to eat.

Chick-fil-A, Pembroke Pines Mall, was the best.  I can see why there is always a long line at any of their locations. We ordered the chicken nuggets combo, lemonade which is the best lemonade in town, everything was fresh. We even got a refills. The food court was crowded but worth the trip!!Food: 5/5

In this one, The food is bad, the chicken have sand in it and the small salad dont have chicken but the big one have. They want to take youre money  and When We have a question they are mad. Chick-fill-A have the best food ever but this one that is in pembrock mall is bad. Am not coming back ever.

I’ve purchased meals at this locations multiple times and today I ordered 3 meals and the wait was very long. I was told that the grilled sandwich takes longer to make, so I asked for the kids meals. We received the kid’s meal and to our surprise they gave us the meal without any nuggets.  So I waited some more for the grilled sandwich and nothing. So, I asked for a refund and to my surprise again they refused to give me a refund. I spoke to different managers and even the operator Myka who advised that they do not offer refunds. Not to mention theirs no signs warning customers of no refund. I was given a card for another sandwich. I can’t believe if I pay for something i can’t get my money back.

Need to do better inside when order. My bag was sitting in front of me for about 10 minutes until I asked about my order then they say "oh its right here". Maybe say the name on the bag before walking off.
