Wonderful place Very crisp and clean, hygienic store Customer service was really good. Our order is a special one and the staff did with utmost care. Though it is a newly opened store, all the staff are doing fantastic job Great location. Very busy almost all the time. Drive-thru is extremely busy. Indoor seating is plenty, bright and clean. Highly recommend this place
My job always ordered this for Appreciate Meal for the month so I can say I'm not disappointed. I'm impressed with the flavor and the chicken being cooked to perfection w juiciness through out every bite. I thought putting cheese & pickles on a chicken sandwich was crazy but Chick-fil-A made it possible. I remember back in 2005 I tried it and it was disgusting, I never wanted to try it again. My job redeemed this place so yes I recommend it, It's worth it Hype.
Chick-fil- A restaurant for chicken lovers, we ordered several orders but the bread need to be more fresh and we told them on the spot they change it , sauces is the best ever I captured most of them Nuggets tasted good Waffles potatoes tasty Spicy chicken sandwiches
I've visited the North Brunswick location twice. The 2nd time was better than the 1st. I'm sure they'll be flawless in their execution soon. But those Grilled Chicken Nuggets are on point....Love'em Gonna give breakfast a try next...stay tuned
I asked for spicy chicken and got chopped grilled chicken. I bought this salad at other locations and it was Friday spicy chicken that I cut up. I don't look like even a whole piece of chicken. Then to top it off I asked for Blue Cheese dressing and got something totally different. They did not inform me that they were giving me something else. I would check your orders before you leave the window. People can wait, it's important to get what you pay for. We had already left and got home when I noticed that they gave me something else other than what I ordered. Very disappointing, will not ever go back to this location.
This was the second time I visited this location. The food and service were up to the usual good standard but I must make some critique on the ambience and on cleanliness. There were four or five uniformed workers hanging out for a long time at a corner table, I wonder why? Were they on a paid meeting when there was no one cleaning tables or the bathrooms - both were sub par - could not find a clean table without me cleaning myself and men's bathroom according to husband was a mess.
Although this location is always busy, they are very organized and efficient. Everyone working seems to know their role and while it may seem hectic, there is a harmonious cadence in how they perform their tasks. I have always been greeted with a smile and the food order has always been correct and at the right temperature. Of course he food tastes great!
My co workers and I usually 4-8 of us order from here occasionally. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially Patrick! I think he’s a manager? Recently a take out order was missing a few items and Patrick made sure to make it right. Otherwise, these big orders have been accurate.
We ordered take out today 11/2/22. We both ordered the Cobb salad with warm chicken breast. This is the first time we have been dissatisfied with our food from here. The lettuce was not fresh, it was discolored we call it rust spots and we had to throw quite a bit of it out. The chicken was very good. I guess everyplace has an off night.
They treated me foul every time I would pick up the orders.  I work for a Driver Delivery Service Full Time. I would say, "Hi: I have an order for": then I would say the customer's name. When they bring the order to me, they say, "Press Confirm on the order." They will hold their hands over the food until you press "Confirm" on the phone. You could watch them do this the next time that you go there yourself. From what I understand, they used to place the Home Delivery Orders on a stand for the Drivers. I guess people were taking advantage: or stealing the orders: or maybe something like that. One of the workers said they were having a problem with orders: not making it to the customer's home or maybe something like that. I understand if you were having a problem from that aspect; however, once you started keeping orders behind the counter, then that problem disappears. All you would have to do is ask the Drivers to show the orders from their phones. If the name matches, then you know it is correct. To keep saying, "Press Confirm on the order." "Press Confirm before taking the order." "I need you to Press Confirm on the order." "Press Confirm on the order First." "We are going to need to Press Confirm on the order." So that it is it: you have ruined everything. The only way for us to Deliver the order is to press confirm on the phone. It is the only way the G.P.S. will navigate us to the customer's home. There is no reason for the workers to keep asking us that: you are being ungrateful towards the Drivers who are delivering your food. We were putting excessive wear and tear on our cars to help deliver the orders that were coming from your store. And if the Driver does not deliver the order: they will get Deactivated for that. The Driver will get Deactivated for not delivering the food to the customer. We do not need you to keep saying, "Press Confirm on the order." You act as though we need you in order to deliver orders when we really do not. We do not have to accept any requests from your restaurant. You made the whole scenery there so uncomfortable. I do not even like to go in there. So in September, a woman said to me, "Press Confirm on the order." I will never go back to your restaurant again in my life. We do not need you: that is what you fail to understand. We have literally thousands upon thousands of restaurants who do not ask us that. A new order comes every few seconds from those restaurants. I am not the only Driver who feels that way. You are causing a lot of Drivers to not accept requests that are coming from your restaurant. Which in the end, will make the food get colder over not having Drivers to deliver the orders. Which will mean your food will sit out longer: and get to the customer's house at a much more later time.
