Very unprofessional environment while dining in today. The staff and management was conducting a meeting in the playhouse out in the open where valued paying customers like me and my family are trying to enjoy our lunch. It was unprofessional because it seems as if it was a disciplinary meeting within staff. You can see and clearly and hear the frustration between all parties. Management should know better and do better with handling situations as such especially during business hours. This has Been the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to the stab does not greet you, nor say my pleasure after receiving our order no one has a positive welcoming attitude when coming into the establishment. I lost my appetite and my kids was worried and was ready to go so I would no longer come here or be a customer of this establishment. Do better Chick-fil-A. The management making staff members cry is unacceptable. There’s other alternative to find a solution, but the way they went about it was unacceptable. Couldn’t even enjoy my meal after seeing such distraught from a young staff member crying. Things like that shouldn’t happen no matter what’s going. 1/10 You can find a better location than this one.
I ordered 2 deluxe sandwiches, the original was too salty and the spicy one was a little salty, but delicious. I recommend to eat spicy chicken sandwich! In terms of taste and staffs, I would like to give 4 stars, but the reason I only give 3 stars is because I placed an online order in advance and went to pick it up, but even when I arrived at the store, I had to wait over 20 minutes to receive it. Also the shake I ordered was missing so I had to wait again. Rather, I saw the person who came to the store after I arrived and placed an order completed first. Staff was friendly but there seems to be a problem with the order management system.
I ordered breakfast at 9:35 using the chick fil an app. The app stated that my order will be ready and delivered between 10:12 and 10:27. Once 10:30 came and I still did not have my order, I started checking the app to see the progress of my order and it was still on “We’ll start preparing your order soon”. So I waited a few more minutes and at 10:37 am I gave the restaurant a call to check on my order. The man who answered stated that they “did not see my order” and that it “never showed up on our prepared list”. So he put me on hold and came back said that my order was canceled. I told him that I never canceled it and on the app, it was still showing as being prepared. He said he just doesn’t know what happened and he would refund me. I told him no, I would still like my food to be delivered and he told me no and that it was too late, even acknowledging that it was not my fault. I have screen shots to show that my order is still pending being prepared even as I type this review. It was never canceled by ANYONE, yet it was “oh we don’t see it” and then couldn’t even get my food. There’s no way there was ZERO breakfast items left so I’m not sure why my order that I PAID for still couldn’t be delivered.
I just want to say thank you to the management that was staffed on 3/26/24. My wife and three children visited this location on our way out of state due to the unexpected death of my 21yr old niece. We went inside to order, no line and back to the van to eat on the road. We always order a 30 count for the kids, but realized that we forgot to pack any travel plates as we would normally do for a planned trip. I went back in to ask for some containers and there was a long line. I saw a manager that spoke to me when I was ordering earlier sitting at a nearby table and she saw I needed help. Well when she asked I broke down right there in the restaurant. She jumped right up to help and not only gave us three containers for my kids, but gave them each a cookie. It’s the smallest things that matter sometimes.
Don't start closing before actual closing time. Waited 20 minutes for food while they flipped chairs and cleaned floor at 8:30. Edit - having now read other reviews of this store that's how much the experience stood out, I am adding the below to mine. While sitting at the drive through window, I witnessed a shift leader berate the employee running cash register about a particular bill in the drawer and changing it out. The manager the walked away in a huff, expressing visible exasperation. Something is not right at this store... compared to typical...
As a former CFA team member at another location which gives me something to compare it to, this location is rather inefficient. I ordered online and when I got there had to sit in the drive thru for twenty minutes before reaching the window. At that point, they handed me my drink and said pull in to spots 8-12 and they will bring the food out which took another 7 minutes. The entire process took 27 minutes to get my food, after ordering online. In addition, one of my 8 count grilled orders only had 6 nuggets in it. Still trying to figure out what the point of ordering ahead is. This was specific to this location but have had similar inefficiencies at other locations as well. I have had similar experiences really since 2020. The quality of the food has gone down slightly chicken is smaller on the biscuits and less options on the menu removing sizes for iced coffees, removed the brownie, removed the chicken salad, removed the carrot and raisin salad, etc.. Just been disappointed overall in the operations of Chick Fil A across the metro Atlanta area. Today's experience was just the icing on the cake.
I waited in the drive thru for 15 to 30 minutes just to get these chicken tenders. They were so small and hard. I have never had chicken tenders from chick fil a like this before. The customer service was great abs that’s why I gave them 2 stars but the food was terrible. I am very disappointed. These chicken tenders look like they’ve been sitting in the grease or were cooked twice. Never going back to that chick fil a again.
Had an issue with a delivery through the Chick-fil-A app the food never arrived. The driver took it to the wrong building. I called the store several times the day it happened with no answer so I called the next day and spoke with Alexis. Instead of doing anything helpful or being friendly with trying to rectify the situation: she was rude, condescending and all she did was say she could not help. Very disappointing with the level of customer service at this Chick-fil-A by this team member. Never in my life would think to receive this kind of treatment from Chick-fil-A or think about writing a negative comment, just tells you how off putting her service was.
Very bad experience, I requested an order through the App. It said approximate 15 min. 2 hours passed and the food did not arrive. Unfortunately I had to call the restaurant repeatedly until they finally answered me and I was able to cancel the order. They don't even care about me. I will not buy from this restaurant again.Service: 1/5
It’s was my first time eating Chick-fil-A , food was great and personal was smiling and helping. 5 star
