On January 1 we had unpleasant memories in this restaurant. My family went to the city and then we were hungry. We had to go get Chick-fil-A and then we ordered and went up to dine-in. And then this lady came to us and started telling us that the restaurant was closed and you couldn't eat here. First of all, the manager told us that we could eat here. I won't go back there again!!

This is my favorite Chick-Fil-A in NYC ! I go here at least once a week! I love it because of the following reasons: • Large Seating & Dining Area: I always find a free table! • It‘s very clean and the staff cleans tables frequently • the staff is friendly and the ordering process I order through the app always works great • it’s a fantastic location in Midtown Manhattan, right at Grand Central Station! Looking forward to my next visit
I had made a mobile order for pick up and I really liked how attentive the staff are with their orders; at least with mines they were. I value whenever I place a mobile order and everything is prepared exactly how I’ve ordered, even down to the condiments and so forth. Amazing service and would recommend this Chick-fil-A location.Food: 4/5

The staff are very nice and helpful. They make you feel welcome. The restaurant is very clean and neat. They give u fast service i went in and Came right out. The food is amazing. I bought number 1 meal and it was delicious i bought the deluxe chicken burger with no pickles. Lets not talk about the waffle fries they are so amazing. I love the Chick-fil-A sauce it taste amazing it has a unique taste. I will be coming back. They have wheelchair accessible entrance and exit. they do not have a refill machine they give you the drink when u order. Thats the only issue i have that they do not have a refill machine.
Ok this place was busy... as for me, my food order was slow to arrive, but the manager and staff were awesome!!!! It was my first time... So... for my incredible patience, the manager gave me free meal cards for breakfast. Wow! I will return, perhaps at a different time. Accessibility not a problem. This place is easily seen from the street. Its clean, with an elevator-lift and the workers move fast, and are polite.
