Excellent service and price. I’ve ordered hash browns today. They are crispy. And ketchup they provided is very easy to use without any mess. Definitely coming back to try their other breakfast items. Hopefully chicken isn’t dry and old like last time.

Mr.Emmett is truly an amazing hospitality representative! He is very kind and personable. He is very attentive and offers refills and to dispose of trash as he is making his rounds throughout the dining room. I tried to object  I like to clean up after myself , and he said it was his pleasure to do so. This establishment is very fortunate to have Mr.Emmett on their team!!! I hope he is cherished because he makes the entire experience with his hospitable service. : Thanks for all you do, sir!

Customer service was horrible .  I pulled up to the window together my food. & the staff were rude. Two workers started to have a conversation at the window from outside in front of my catwaited for about 5 minutes. No lie. I ask for them to.  All I see is their back to me.  I  ask for them to move & speak to the manager. She comes to the window and says she has nothing to do with the good.  I said to her:it's not the food. It's the service & staff. She played dumb. Or maybe she was really dumb. Anyway. Not going back to Eastpoint Mall. I did contact cooperate

I haven't been to mant chick-fil-a locations, but this one is by far THE BEST!! Everyone that works here is so sweet, and everyone seems to actually ENJOY their job!! The food is amazing!! Even when it's jam packed busy, there's barely any wait time!! I have yet to experience anything but perfection at this location!! I hope it never changes!! Wish I could give 10    Parking: I once had to park across the street in the mall parking lot because they were packed! I only waited about 10 mins for food.,

Kudos to Jakill for his wonderful and friendly customer service. I sat in on my break and enjoyed the fall decor . The dining room staff Ms. Wee came and checked on me and provided a place mat, very friendly and sweet lady.Food: 5/5

I’ve been coming to this location for many years, and the service has always been stellar. The gentleman who is the host is a one of a kind man. He is always was nice and welcoming when u enter the establishment. He should have his own class on how to have the best customer service.Food: 5/5

I went through the drive-thru last week. It was peak lunch time and there was not enough drive-thru staff. They had one person taking orders and one person bringing the food to cars. I had to wait a long time to rcv my food. The Chick Fil in Perry Hall does an excellent job with how they sufficiently staff the outside order- takers in the drive thru. Perry Hall also has water sprays and an awning for their workers outside to alleviate working in the heat. I hope that Eastpoint reaches out to other locations for guidance, because Eastpoint seems to need help with management & hiring. Also, customers want to see workers being treated well.

Every single time I go here my order is always wrong then I order online and order a extra dressing packet for my salad paid extra 50 cents to them saying that I never got the extra dressing because the online orders are messed up right now then the order for the protein of the salad I asked multiple times I need the grilled fillet because i can't have to much grease and everyone is the fried filet then i asked for 12 piece nugget and ended with a 6 pack with 0 suaces after i asked for chic fila sauce do not waste your time at this location this is everything I come here to this location

The people here are very nice. The food is wonderful. The inside is also very nice and clean. However, entry to this location is near impossible. I've tried to come here on multiple occasions with the same result. A line backed out of their drive-thru blocking up the traffic in the mall road. No point in placing a pre-order. You can't get into the parking lot to park and have your order brought to you. Very disappointing. When you're hungry I suggest someplace else

So last week they forgot my sandwich. I didn’t go back to pick the sandwich up due to noticing when I got inside my house with my kids. Today they forgot a bowl. I can let forgetting some of this sauce go. But not the actual entree. To be honest this used to be my favorite location for the 5 years I lived here. I don’t know if they are starting to rush so much they forget items. But we don’t work for free either. I guess I will start having to drive a little farther to the next closest location
