The staff is so nice and helped take my drinks to our table bc I had my 2 year-old with me while my hands were full. They even got my straws for our drinks for us too as well as ketchup, without me even asking! Thank you to those employees who were so helpful! Love that second mile service....it doesn't go unnoticed.

I love chick fila! but when I order 2 large combos that comes with large fries and I ask for 6 or 8 chick fila SAUCE. I expect there should be 6 or 8 in the bag. NOT 2! And it's been twice now that I didn't receive my receipts.

For several years now I would purchase 40-60 sandwiches and/or chicken biscuits on Saturday's for our sports league.  We ask for no discount nor do we receive one.  This season they have decided to charge for the sauce on this order.  If I order one sandwich I can get a "complimentary" sauce but if I order 60, I have to pay for the sauces.  They are not expensive but when asked why, I'm told you have to pay for sauces on "catering."  What are you catering?  I'm actually buying more which makes you more money than if I only buy one sandwich.  This short-sighted business practice is very disturbing and not consistent with what I thought your mission was about.  Last week I ordered the sauce and I was charged as expected on the receipt.  Unfortunately I was shorted 3 sandwiches. (They remembered to charge for the sauce, but forgot to count the sandwiches).  After I get my 63 sandwiches tomorrow,  (they graciously added back the 3 I ordered, paid for, and was shorted from last week at no charge -Thanks) I will go to another location owned by a different group.

Great service, clean, and great chicken. Breakfast chicken and egg bagel is the best breakfast item.

Great food always clean and fast very friendly staff. They always let us have a bible class on friday mornings
