This restaurant was absolutely incredible when it first opened. The food was great and the service was second to none. However, over the last year or so it seems like they are slipping a bit. It seems to take longer to get food, and the staff do not seem to be as helpful or friendly. I've been there several times where the workers on their break are being obnoxious with their friends who happen to be at the restaurant. On a completely different note, their floors are DANGEROUSLY slippery. Even more so when it is wet outside. I've worked in the service industry before and floors only get that way when you clean them with a cleaner not designed for floors. Usually this is done to cut costs. I would be hesitant to take an older person or someone with limited mobility in there. The last time I was there a kid actually fell and dropped his milkshake. They gladly replaced the milkshake for free, but the kid would not have fallen if the floors weren't so slippery.

Enjoyed grandson time before his haircut. He loves the chicken club meal. Nice place to sit and chat chat.

Asked if tea was made w/in 2 hours, was assured it was "just made". Got it home. Tasted like it was made many hours ago. :( wasted purchase. This happens at this location often depending on who takes your order.

Good service, good food. Price a little high because I ordered a meal deal and didn't realize they changed extra for salad instead of fries

Good, hot food and friendly service. Not the fastest location I've ever been to, but worth a visit anyway .
