Chick-fil-a is one of my favourite fast food restaurants. Good atmosphere and fast service. My complaint is the different cashiers: many are not English proficient, although they seem to get the job done. Getting a job done is most important, but they do run into problems when you want specifics (ex. no pickles or no ice) or complaints. I'm native Mexican and a bilingual teacher, and even though they don't immediately speak to me in Spanish when I ask something specific they stumble. And they don't understand until I clarify in Spanish. So they need improvement on their English. Better communication = better efficacy and more positive customer feedback. Food is great, and I'll eat waffle fries and cookies all day. Along with grilled chicken clubs. My rating is actually 4.5/5. Get some of these workers to improve their communication skills!!!

This store is way better than the one on west Sam Houston. BETZY and Jearim, the two girls in the front today at 5:30, were very nice and courteous.😁

Every time we visit this place, we always have to wait ten minutes in drive thru. The service sucks! People do have to go to work.
