Chick Fil- A always has the best service. Food is always nice hot and fresh. Exceptional customer service, friendly and fast. The way fast food should be. Even this Burlington location is great. I eat out a lot at restaurants, not necessarily fast food places. If I do fast food this is my #1 choice.

If you knew what was going on in the back at this particular location, despite how good the food tastes, you wouldn't return. The employees toss food at each other, brush it off then serve it. They also overlook policies, if it's busy they don't use the produce wash, just rinse it (or not even that) and use it. They aren't supposed to eat the food they are preparing either (that's theft) but many of them eat while preparing, the managers let it go. The way they run this location is less than what they promote, much less. Pick another location and pray (since they are religion based) that those aren't as hypocritical as this one.

Came here a few times last week. Their chicken nuggets are on point. Love the Polynesian sauce. Also, their garden salad is great. Fresh, full of flavor, and nice portion size.

Best fast food around. The spicy chicken sandwich and lemonade are my favorites. One big downside is that it is closed on Sundays.
