Food and service are A+. The line in drive through might look a bit scary, but timing is exceptional. You'll never sit in the line long. Inside is very clean, open, and welcoming. Indoor playground has always been a plus for my kiddo. Everytime I come through Griffin this is my stop for tasty fast food!

This location is very neat and clean. This was my first time in Griffin. Customer service was excellent.

I love chic-fil-a but my wife found an arm pit hair baked into her biscuit here. The manager tried to tell me it was just head hair. Problem with that is, he never looked at the biscuit to see. Is it standard practice for cooks to eat in the kitchen while they prepare customers' food? Because, I witnessed this happening while they replaced the tainted biscuit.

Kadence, Anita and I enjoyed our after cheer practice at Chic  fil A the grilled 🐔 nuggets were great.
