I love Chickfila but this location needs to work on the drive through. Whenever they take orders in person, the line backs out onto Kingston Pike meanwhile the space between the order board and pick up window is EMPTY! This space needs to be utilsed better and more efficiently.

Ordered my meal for curb side service. Waited 15 minutes order never came. Had to go in only to find my meal had been sitting on the counter the whole time. Ice cream was all melted. Staff argued with me that I had not chose curb side service. I showed I had and they still argued. I was refused a refund and still received no food. This is the worst location I have ever visited and I will think twice before I even return to any of their locations. Down right awful!!!!

No matter where I travel, Customer Service is very polite and food is exceptional.

Their chicken noddle soup with saltines is to die for over and over again.

I've traveled over 3363 miles this trip and always find Chick Fil-A because I want consistency in my meals.

This chikfila is always amazing and fast! I just don't like how busy they get, it's hard to find a place to sit. However everyone is so nice and polite, definitely worth it!

Ordered 64 nuggets, 7 sandwiches, 2 jugs of lemonade, cups, sauces, etc and the cashier originally told us "it'll be about 15 minutes." We got everything in 2... excellent excellent excellent service!!
