Used to really like this place, but they have discontinued all of the best breakfast items. This is very disappointing. Sausage biscuit and gravy biscuit were very popular and profitable. Wake up and listen to your customers.

Waitress bought our food  out and gave  it to the wrong table. When I said something to her.....she had a major attitude.  
Not interested  in coming back !!!!!
My $$$ will be spent  elsewhere...

The best chicken sandwich, it is clean and healthy, the only problem in Martin plaza location is they don't give you enough ketchup and mayonnaise when you make an order in drive-thru, i always tell them but they just put two of each one, no matter if it's  small or big orders. But honestly is one of my favorites restaurants.

Just moved to Middle River. The best experience I have ever had, was with the Ingleside (Catonsville) location. I always use my Chick-Fila One App,and go inside to pick it up. 3 times recently I have done this, and it's been a disappointed experience. The first time, I stood at the PICK UP area for 7 mins before I was even acknowledged. The KIDS (because I swear that's all who works there) were eager to go on break to even ask if I needed help. A few adults were guilty of this as well. When I was acknowledged,my order had to be prepped. Another 8 mins. I was in there for a total of 17 mins. Even with ordering ahead of time. The second was about the same. The 3rd time I waited for well over 10 min to be acknowledged, I had to ask the lone cashier if she knew who was doing pick ups. She seemed new, and must had never did a pick up. It was awful.. I would like a refund on all my app purchases.
