Tom and his crew demolished a pool in my backyard for me in 3 business days. They were AWESOME and so professional. They had to tear down part of a block fence to get their equipment in for the demolition. When they finished, you couldn't even tell there had ever been a pool in our yard nor could you tell the fence had ever been torn down. I would recommend Chickasaw Demolition to anyone looking to have a pool removed or other demolition needs. Thanks Tom for everything

I cant say enough positive things about Tom and his crew. Tom came over took a quick look and quoted a great price for the removal of the spool. He clearly indicated what needed to be done for access to yard and what would be done. He and his guys were over the same week and had it removed the same day. They were friendly and open to questions about the process being completed and what the next steps were. Price was as quoted and their clean up was impeccable.

Great prices, friendly and overdelivered on service! We shopped multiple demo companies and Tom beat all of them. He should be at the top of the list

Great job of filling in a very deep pool. Had to cut down a tree to get Bob Cat in yard, but took all tree mess away. Also took the pool filter, pipes, etc. Left yard in good shape. He did all this at the price quoted. Would hire again.

OK, so this is going to be a lengthy review. But when a company so goes so far beyond your expectations it should be noted. Right up front I need to tell you that if you use Tom and Chickasaw you will have the same revelations. I don't know how many times I walked out into the backyard and said OMG...OMG...OOOOMMMMGGGG! We bought our home about three years ago, it was a short sale. It had a standard size play pool and a massive built in BBQ area. I thought how great this is going to be. But living with that concrete fortress in the backyard and trying to entertain was another matter. The concrete on the ground was on four different levels. Some steps up from the ground were four inches, some were eight inches and one was a leg snapping twelve inches off the ground. After a couple of beers it was a femur fracture waiting to happen. Everything was in the wrong place. The BBQ was on an outside wall and faced due west into the blazing afternoon sun with no way to shade yourself. There were two sinks but while they had water to them the drains just went into a side yard...yuck. We were done with it. Chickasaw was the first company to come and bid the job and I felt right at home with Tom. He listened to me and to him what I saw as a monumental undertaking to him was no big thing. Because of the size of the yard and the small gate opening he could not get his Bob Cat in there so it would have to be jack hammer and sixteen pound sledges. Considering what the job entailed, his bid and my comfort level with Tom I gave him the job and cancelled out the other companies. To be honest, I had fears about what could happen. Demolition by definition means breaking stuff and I wanted my pool, the cool deck and the surrounding block wall fences to still be there at the end of the day. Tom and his crew showed up right on time and within fifteen minutes Tom explained what had to be done, what to watch out for (gas, water and electrical pipes in the BBQ area) and where to put the debris. The first thing the crew did was to bring in many 4x8 sheets of thin plywood which they laid over my cool deck to protect it from the traffic of the wheel barrows. This I immediately recognized as something that was needed but I had not thought of it, but Tom did. The crew worked non-stop, first with taking sledge hammers to the concrete block and then brought in the jack hammer for the concrete. There were areas of the concrete that were over 12 inches thick but the crew worked right through it. All the debris was wheel barrowed out to the street where Tom was waiting with his Bob Cat and a HUGE dump truck. The crew cleaned up smaller pieces as they went along so the work site was always tidy...tidy as it can be with demolition going on. When it was all done they picked up their tools and using brooms swept their way to the front. Out in the street they swept up all the dirt and then washed down the street. You can hardly tell that any demolition had taken place. I do not praise people or a company for mediocre work but Tom and all the crew at Chickasaw Demolition have raised the bar when it comes to a professional demolition company. I highly recommend them if you need a pool torn out, concrete removed or a house knocked down.
