Chicken is consistently good and I love their new fries but the item I love most is the fish. It's cooked fresh and is better than what I've had in some fish restaurants. Tea's a little sweet but I ask for it to be half sweet, half unsweet and it's perfect.

I went through the drive-thru at 6:30pm. I was asked to pull up because it would take 20 minutes to fry up more chicken breasts. Forty five minutes later, they had not brought my food out to me. I ended up having to go inside to find out what happened to my order.  They had forgotten about me! The manager should have been more aware that their supply of chicken breasts were running low.

When ordering your food I would guarantee they hear you I said a large mashed potatoes and a large gravy. I received a tiny little bitty gravy to eat my entire family mashed potatoes with. After I had to say to the kid 6 times that I wanted a large gravy obviously he needs to open his ears or go clean them out.

It's very frustrating when you have a limited amount of time to leave work for your lunch and the restaurant messes up the order. When I called to inform them the girl who answered was very condescending saying, "I packed that order it wasn't wrong". When I told her what WAS wrong with it she said, "well thats not what ticket said". I asked if there were problems with the speaker; I had repeated the order several times because it didn't seem like they could hear me. The girl on the phone then tells me, "well I don't think the person on the speaker hears every well, plus she's new". First of all, don't put people on drive thru if they can't hear, secondly don't put the new people on the busiest section during lunch rush. You're just asking for mistakes to be made. I was then told I would have to come up there right now to have things remedied. Sorry, can't leave work to fix YOUR mistakes. Besides, if the stuff they replace is as bad as the stuff that actually made it into my bag, I don't want it anyway. Fish was dry, hushpuppies were hard as rocks, and the potatoes that I ordered without gravy looked like a pre-made cup of potatoes w/gravy that someone had just scooped the gravy out of. Might be a good idea to get your employees up to speed, or at least teach them some customer skills. I won't be back, the other Chicken Express in this town (next to UNT) is so much better in quality. THEY'RE worth the drive.
