They use to be great!!!  Now not so much anymore... Seems like kids only work there and the quality of food has gone down. Very salty!!! More batter than meat!!!

Food came out fast and was super fresh. Crew was well mannered and did a good job, overall cleanliness was a 4 or else a 5 star rating

I love chicken express! This place was nice, clean, the staff were very friendly and the food was awesome, as usual. Breading was crispy, rolls fluffy, cookies delicious.

Order taker was very quiet and hard to understand. Luckily my order was simple and I just handed him my card assuming he was done. Also food took FOREVER to come out. All I ordered was a 4 piece tender meal with fries. They should have all that readily available and none of it was even super hot when it came out so I don't think they had to make it fresh. Several other customers got their food before me so I'm fairly certain they just forgot about me at first. Food was good enough though. It is still chicken express
