I thought that the Classic Carol was my all time favorite chicken salad but I just tried Lauryn's Lemon Basil Chicken Salad. If you like basil in any way shape or form you will absolutely LOVE this chicken salad. It takes chicken salad to a new level. Thanks o much Chicken Salad Chicks.

This is the most adorably decorated restaurant I've seen in awhile! And so many delicious versions of chicken salad to choose from. I had the Jalapeno Holly chicken and it was very good. A nice side dish of broccoli slaw complimented the salad and I topped it off with yummy key lime pie. The food is great and I'd go back just for the decor!

I came in here thinking this was a salad place. I was wrong. I explained that I wasn't even sure I liked chicken salad and the employees behind the counter were extremely nice, offered to give me a sample of any of their salads to see if I liked it. The customer behind me was crazy into this place and kept suggesting good ones to try. I decided to try the sassy Scotty after the sample. What I failed to realize was a small bite was not the same as a giant amount on the sandwhich. So I did not enjoy my sandwhich just because of my food preference. But this place still gets three stars for their soup and they give you a pickle and cookie with your meal (even though I had to pick all the icing off to enjoy it)

The place looks great. However, the food was the worst. I wish I could give it 0 stars but I cant. My bread had mold on it. I didn't realize it until I already took a bite out of my sandwich. I understand getting an order wrong but not noticing that the bread your serving has mold on it is careless on the staff and management. NEVER going back.
