We make our delicious chicken salad by hand every morning, using only premium chicken tenderloin. Our recipes are crafted with the perfect combination of sweet and savory ingredients and our secret blend of spices and seasoning. Beyond chicken salad, our fans rave about our fresh side items (especially our grape salad and broccoli salad!), our homemade pimento cheese, gourmet soups & seasonal desserts.

We don’t take ourselves too seriously at the Chick and our hospitality is sure to please. I called before 2 pm today and placed an order.  When my husband got there to pick it up they could not find the order, but worse than that they did not have the quantity that I ordered.
They still charged full price for the container that they did not have enough of, however they did give him a smaller portion of anotherr item at no charge.

This is for a bridal shower - the bride wants what she wants.  The reason I placed an order.

When I called to speak to a manager - she stated that she was making the item and that my husband could come back or we could pick it up tomorrow. 
Patricia didn't seem to get the reason that I was upset.  The logistics of another trip was out of the question.
She did not offer any other options to make me happy.

As much as I LOVE Chicken Salad Chick - this one bad experience and I will not return to the one on Pelham Rd.

Excellent as always. Plenty of chicken salad choices for just about everyone. The sides and soups are great and the people are friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

Food is good but service is severely lacking. Received 2 "free scoop" coupons because of an extremely long wait in the drive thru.  Went back to use them a few days later and was told that I could only use one coupon per visit.   The coupons have printed rules or restrictions.

Usually we experience quick and efficient service.
Not this time.
We bought a book of discount coupons earlier in the year from Chicken Salad Chick. After a lengthy delay and three employees, our order was placed but not as an eat in meal , as we requested but our order was prepared for carryout! No apologies from the staff.

Also, I wish the owner would remove the rather sexist and demeaning anti maLe framed posters from the men's room.
Don't worry, men know what to expect and how to act in your restsurant.

Food is excellent.  Service friendly. Usually quick. Price is a little higher than I would expect.  Would like to see a little more in the way of flexibility in the menu (option instead of cookie of the day, option for no side).
