It was a great experience with some great specialty food that no one else has. An employee named Nick carried out groceries to car and was polite and helpful.

Chiefs employees are always very helpful and friendly. I am in the cable Road Chiefs at least once a week and the cashiers know my name. Trina is so friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. I would not shop anywhere else.

Chiefs Delphos, is better since getting rid of the old manager Gerald or whatever. But watch your money around the clerk's. I've had money stolen from purse from an employee, called police and nothing was done. I emailed corporate with my complaint...$100.00 in cash was removed from purse by cashier when she took my purse I left in cart to office. No video surveillance was used yet but now the office also has video surveillance. The store manager stuck up for her people and called me a liar. She was disgustingly rude. The cashier blamed quit leas than 2 weeks later. Corporate never wrote back w an apology or a gift card which was the least they could do. This store is high in prices and the older female manager is horribly rude. I use chiefs for emergency food only. I'd like to see it disappear!

Meat is worse than Meijer and Walmart yet it cost more. Produce is low quality and way overpriced. Everything you buy here is a rip off. The ONLY good thing about shopping here is the beer selection IF YOU WANT A GOOD STEAK GET IT AT MEIJER, NOT HERE
