We recently moved into the area and needed to find new dentists. We love it! The staff and the doctors are awesome! They immediately put my anxious children at ease and make coming to the dentist fun. My son recently had a filling done and it was the easiest, most effortless dental procedure I've seen! Impressive. Only downside is that Dr. Han is a pediatric dentist and can't be my dentist too!!

From the moment we walked in the door, until the moment we left, every single staff member had a smile and was so pleasant! My daughter loved everyone and she felt so comfortable and had a little bit of fun! Who knew she could have fun at the dentist!!

I have had the same experience that the other one star reviews have.  They spelled it out...  Same, not being forth coming about insurance coverage just telling me not to worry about it and it will mostly be covered then received a $600.00 bill.  Then sent threatening letters when I was just a little over a month late. Prior, I had called to set up a payment plan over the phone and they told me they do not do that, just call in and make payments whenever. I have been doing this which is very inconvenient and they are STILL sending me threatening letters with red STICKERS on them about late payments! These people are ridiculous!

Our family recently decided to leave Dr Han's practice after 7 years!  Our kids visited this practice since their first appointment. Until recently we were satisfied until being provided misleading information about our new insurance.  The "office manager" reassured us that our new coverage would cover our next visit.  The following week we received a hefty invoice.  No problem, perhaps a misunderstanding with services and coverage.  However, I've attempted to contact the "office manager" four times in the last 2 weeks.  I can never get a hold of her...either she's out for the day or on the other line.....but will promptly call me back.  Interestingly enough, we received a late notice with finance fees along with a "VIP" letter. Really - nice touch.    Sorry, who ever is running the show needs to be fired!  Thanks for the stellar service.

Eveeyone is super friendly and both my son and I love it there however they do not take our insurance and I’ve been paying out of pocket to keep going, even though we pay for dental, so unfortunately we have to find another dentist. The receptionist did give me info on an insurance plan for the office but I’m already paying for dental on my primary. Sorry Dr. Hans!
