I was happy with them till they blew me off about givimg me a referal to get my 3 year old son's tongue tie cut. He has been having trouble being able to pronounce certain words. His doctor finally gave me a referal after I pushed the issue and letting him know. His head start teacher and developmental therapist said they thought it would help. The ENT specialist said he did need it cut. Monday changing doctors for both my sons! Very upset with this issue! Childrem's Health Pediatrics are losing my son's as patient! I do not trust them anymore with the best care of my son's. From their actions seems to me they only want to charge insurance companies. And don't care about the children. Think they are only there for a paycheck and that is all.

The nurse practitioner here is AWFUL and has a serious people problem. She always has attitude with me and literally harasses me about giving my child goat milk/carrot juice during EVERY visit even though she referred me to their network dietician who said it was perfectly fine and becoming more popular among newborns and infants who receive goat milk/carrot juice mixture. After one visit she even called me on my cell phone at home 20 minutes after leaving the office to continue to lecture and argue with me about the issue she has. Seriously? I also had taken my child in for 'nursemaid's arm' (her little elbow joint had popped out of place and she wasn't using her arm and had no grip) and was told that she possibly had nerve damage and needed extensive physical therapy or that she had a stroke. My husband and I were told to go to the Children's Hospital ER in Plano, a 45 minute drive. The Dr. there took a total of 2 minutes to fix it and within 10 minutes my baby was completely back to normal. Definitely something that could have been fixed in office had the actual Dr. seen us. The staff is super nice, it's the nurse practitioner here that has issues. Definitely find another pediatrician to take your child do. You won't be seeing an actual doctor here, just an NP who thinks she is a doctor.

Staff and doctor were nice, clean office. I liked that they have separate sick and well waiting areas. We were here about an hour, definitely get here early before your appointment.

I'm sorry to say I have to even give this place a star. It's not the staff just my dr in general. She really seems like a racist and I'm sure out to get anyone she can. She's called cps on me for what? Being a single mom talking to you about my kids behavior and my concerns and feelings. Keep in mind I'd cause no harm to my daughter or myself ever. The worker who came over saw that as well. I'm really sure it has to do with my color. Why can't my daughter see a dermatologist? Who the hell are you to deny her that right? Make a call and get her on the list. I'm happy to say I will be changing her dr. As of today.

The Docter is racist. And she had problem with me not giving my baby a flue shot. Sorry but that is my choice not hers. And when I told her that my baby had no physical check up she looks at me and says you have to get your story straight. Like I was laying. In my 14 years of experience with kids Docter I must say she is the worst one!!!!!
