Despite the delaying in creating things prior to attending the hospital, my stay was phenomenal. The staff is absolutely amazing! My son had heart surgery Jan 18 and the staff were extremely comforting and understanding. They kept us informed about what was happening during surgery. Afterwards the staff in the PICU was amazing as well. The nurses that were assigned our room we so helpful and patient. As well as the staff in the IMU,  the Employees are amazing. Throughout our stay our surgeon Dr. Salazar checked in on our son and answered any questions we had. It’s an extremely comforting atmosphere they have very welcoming and helpful staff. I’m extremely grateful for everyone who helped us with our stay!

This is a very nice hospital! Care is the top concern, especially for children. They have a great team of trained Child Life Specialists that work at minimizing the physical pain and mental trauma that a child goes through while they're in the hospital. Staff, keep up the good work!

I am extremely disappointed with Children's Memorial hospital. After taking our 2 year old son to the E.R. Three times in 2 weeks they failed to give us a diagnosis on what was causing his fever(up to 105.7f), cough and heavy breathing. It is ridiculous that a highly rated hospital did not do its job.  They should have ran ALL the test possible to determine what was exactly wrong with him.  All that was said was the he had a "virus." It was a nightmare  not knowing what was wrong with my child. I strongly recommend NOT taking your child here.

Crappiest ER EVER!!!! I don't even know where to start! My daughter is literally passing out from dizziness in the main waiting area and they haven't even batted an eye! They are begging for a freaking lawsuit!! I'd be better off at a county hospital for my daughter!!

In 2012 my baby was very sick, they accept my baby for  another hospital that don't  have NICU  so they did wonderful job. I'm so grateful with all doctors  and nurses!!!
