The rating is for Dr. Bob. I was looking for a new physician because we moved and wanted to stay with Metro Pediatrics because we do like their services. However, Dr. Bob will definitely not being seeing me or my child again. I brought my 9 month old in for his check up and I kindly denied the flu shot for him (he has all other standard immunizations completed) and the Dr’s response was “oook, you are assuming responsibility for him if he gets sick...and DIES!” Like he literally said it in a way that he was trying to hurt me or get a rise out of me or like a “a-ha” because I wasn’t following the herd. Anyways, I did the Minnesotan thing, and kept my mouth shut in which I will passive aggressively never see him again and warn others who do not want to be harassed for not agreeing to the flu vaccination to also not go to him. He will also mention that your baby can cry themselves back to sleep through the night randomly when his sleeping habits weren’t even being discussed but I had mentioned earlier he wakes up in the night due to an ongoing cough he has had. The pediatrician I had previously was wonderful and not bias. DR.Clark in Burnsville is definitely recommended!

Do not go! They dont care about your children. Just a paycheck. My son was extremely sick and they ignored me for almost a month and kept giving me the runaround.  I went over them  and took my son specialist to find out what was wrong with him. I called the nurse over four times and she kept giving me the runaround saying there's nothing they could do.. After calling them to tell them they dropped the ball with my son,All they did was where ridicule me and tell me it was my fault.... They asked me why I didn't take them to their specialist that they recommended even after I saw the first one. They didn't even recommend it until I sought out for a specialist.

The doctors and nurses are always kind, great with our kids, honest, and very knowledgeable. We are always comfortable asking questions. I can't recommend them highly enough.
