The support staff/ladies were kind and friendly and the store clean, however, I felt extremely low- balled on items I brought in. I brought very clean, barely worn (due to my child out growing the clothing) expense brands. Include expensive ski gear-- rarely worn. Oh well. God Bless. It's a nice location, I'm sure the owner is making lots of money.

After carefully reading through every detail on the website, I drove to the Westborough location to sell my first bin of carefully sorted and cleaned clothes. Upon getting there are 2:15, I was informed that buying only takes place Monday - Saturday from 9:30 to 2:00. They thought nothing of me having to carry it back to my car or the trip I wasted to come to the store on a rare unaccompanied moment while my son is at daycare. Terrible first impression and now I won't be back to buy clothes. Not a good move to someone who impulse purchases a lot of clothes for my son. Very disappointing and inconsiderate.

I brought some items, they were all still in the package and not used, but the lady gave me very low price, unfortunately! but their clothing and toys are very nice and clean, it is good to buy, but not good to sell your items!
