I want to preface this by saying that the doctors and nursing staff are amazing. We have always gone here for shots and checkups with no problems. The star being docked is from our last visit and the billing department. We brought our daughter in on a Sunday to confirm she had strep.  No one told us Sunday is considered emergency hours and we were smacked with a $300 bill after insurance. We could have waited and they could have informed us that bringing her in at the time THEY suggested would result in extra charges. Make sure to ask them about billing before your child goes in if it's a non-emergency. These sorts of things can financially cripple a family.

We got to the clinic at 6:00 pm and was there till almost 9:00 pm. My son had some really bad reactions which brought us in. While there supposedly they heard crackling in his lungs so we went through with xrays. After being strapped down and held down for 30 minutes xrays were done. I guess they didn't see anything but some streaking so said it was viral and sent us home with nothing but advice for fluids and sleep. I did not feel right and called my doctor and saw her the next day. She took one look into his ears and saw a double ear infection with puss and lots of fluid in both ears. She immediately put him on antibiotics and asked where I took him. I'm sure we'll have a nice $250 bill since xrays were "requested" and just the visit itself. Not only will we have that bill, but had to go to his original doctor because Children's urgent did nothing. I will never go back and would love for my complaint to be addressed. I will definitely make sure when asked about I tell people to stay away!

We LOVE this office! We drive more than an hour to see our children's pediatrician, Dr. Jamie Drake. We have however seen a couple of the other pediatricians when Dr. Drake is out of the office and not a single complaint about any physician, nurse, or support staff! This is an A+ office!

This place is good for children especially the urgent care where you don't have to rush to any emergency!!! I like it and the staff is awesome too
