We love “Dr. Patty” as my kids call her. We can always get into see her very promptly within 30 minutes of me calling we had an appointment. She listens and interacts with my children in a kid friendly way. Thank you!!
Dr Krenzer and Nurse Olivia are absolutely amazing and my daughter is never scared to go to the doctor. The few times we’ve had to see another provider they are always wonderful as well. We are lucky to have such a great pediatrics office near by. Highly recommend.
My son was in wonderful care by Dr.Berrondo, she was very kind and explained everything and did all she could ease our anxiety! The nurses were wonderful! They were even kind and allowed our daughter to be with us during it all due to the fact that the weather made it impossible for her grandma to watch her. Everyone was very kind!
Doctor Schluter is a great doctor!! I am so pleased with how well she cares for our little. The whole staff here is always extremely helpful and friendly as well.

My kids have been going to this clinic for 10 years now and we love it! Staff is welcoming and friendly. Our first pediatrician there had a scheduled change that didn’t work for our family so she made sure we saw someone else we were comfortable with. She exceeded all expectations. Dr. Rachel Schlueter is a ray of sunshine and has supported my family beyond any expectations.
While I'm leaving a 5 star review because I have used the Children's Physicians network of clinics and hospital for over a decade and trust them completely to provide top quality care for my 6 children, I do want to bring this concern to the attention of any new parents searching for a care team. Today, 8/19/2022, my daughter came home from school with a low grade fever and spots on her throat and roof of her mouth. Thinking strep throat, I called for an appointment at my nearest clinic location where 3 of my 6 children see their regular doctor. Since the child in question's primary care doctor is at a different location, approx. 20 minutes from our home, they told me I couldn't use the more conveniently located clinic unless I was planning on switching providers. Well, I don't wish to do that, so they transferred me to make an appointment at that location...which seemed confusing because the second operator I was talking with appeared to be able to set an appointment at any location....Anyway, I get on with the second receptionist, who tells me their location has no appointments available, so if I want to see a physician today, my only option is overflow to Council Bluffs. Council Bluffs! I was able to make an appointment at the clinic 20 minutes from my house for tomorrow morning, but the utter lack of concern for my daughter's symptoms and the absolute inability to accommodate the need to see a doctor the same day is BEYOND disappointing. In the mean time, the my daughter's symptoms have worsened. This prompted a call to the 24/7 ask a nurse hotline we have through our insurance provider. They told me to get her to an urgent care, so that's where she is now with her dad. So, today, Children's Physician's is not at the top of my list for top quality care. It's not fun watching your child get sicker...not necessarily because no doctor would be willing to carve out ten minutes of their day for her, but because the SYSTEM that employs those doctors has made access complicated and NOT patient friendly.
Dr Rachel takes the time to listen to my 16 year old autistic son. She let's him explain what is wrong. He also explains how to fix what he needs. Love her!!!!!
My concerns are being discussed. Very attentive to details. Dr. Nielsen can explain the situation in layman terms. They know how to distract a kids during vaccinations. I will recommend this clinic to anyone
Dr Krenzer has been my kids' primary physician for three years now and we adore her. The rest of the staff is just as friendly and knowledgeable, her nurses are all so kind. I've left every visit feeling heard and understood, she has an answer to all of my questions no matter how small, and I feel more confident as a parent with her in my corner. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
