The doctors and staff at Chilhowee Veterinarian are outstanding. Their prices are reasonable and the quality of their work is great. Several households in my family use their service and we've never been disappointed. The only issue I've found is their parking and it is sometimes very difficult to get out of their parking lot.

I was referred to Chilhowee from a few friends and family that have used them for years. I took my cats there for a little while, but I slowly but surely began to come unsatisfied with their customer service and relations. All of the technicians and veterinarians are very kind and knowledgeable, but the people they have working at the front have been consistently rude to me every time I visit. I began looking into it, and I realized that there have been other clients that have left Chilhowee for this same reason. I ultimately decided to get a copy of my pets’ charts and take my business elsewhere where I feel like it is appreciated and valued. Wouldn’t recommend this veterinary practice to others simply because they weren’t friendly with us.

Very knowledgeable and caring staff here. We've taken our pets here for years and will continue to do so. Dr. Steeley and his team are the best!

Dr. Halsted saved BamBam’s life from heart worms after I rescued him and was unaware he had them at the time I rescued him. I will never trust another Dr. to see my son. BamBam is 12 now and I will always trust Dr. Halsted’s opinion. The receptionists are great and always stop what they are doing to acknowledge BamBam and love on him. This will always be my vet.

I drive 15 miles to take my pets there . The staff is great,and the Vets are awesome. My dogs are excited to be there once they know where were going.
