My boyfriend and I come to this chili’s location regularly and normally have great service but, tonight was a different story. Our server wasn’t very busy. He only had 3 tables (ours included) and he got our order in, in a timely manner but, once half way through our meal we needed more sides of ranch to finish our food. We could not get his attention to save our lives. He walked by us multiple times and check on the other two tables a few times and then, we sat there and waited for about 10-15 minutes so we could ask him for more ranch, by then we had ran out of our drinks and we were getting pretty impatient. The one time he walked by and I caught his attention, he couldn’t even stop for a second to apologize for the “slacking on the drinks”. He was still walking as he apologized to us and by then, the other two tables had got up and left already. We put in our dessert on the kiosk and he asked if we would like any dessert and I told him that we had already put it in. Finally our drinks came out with our dessert and we were just ready to leave. Very nice guy, his head just wasn’t in the game tonight for service. Might return to this location but, definitely going to sit in the lobby of the bar next time.

Went in during dinner time around 530pm and it was dead. No waitress no host so sat ourselves down. Saw a menu on the table and menu was very confusing, laid out very unorganized. Waitress came and took our drinks but was in a rush to leave. Prices were outragious $10 for a salad, $12 for a hambuger, and apps were $7-$12 a piece. The service was so bad the table across from us got up and left after getting their apps and never getting their order taken. 1 star because the food was good, but ended up sharing a plate because it was expensive. Will not be going back. If your going to have high prices you better have excellent service!

The To-Go service is a great idea but not executed very well. We order from the road when we were 10 minutes away and the mobile site said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When we got there, someone came out and said our order had just printed and would take another 20 minutes to prepare. It took 25, so 15 minutes later than the mobile site originally said. Not the end of the world but not ideal after a long trip traveling with kids. When we got home, which is approximately 3 blocks away, we discovered they'd left out one of the sides we ordered for our kids to balance their meal, and two of the three meals we ordered were cold. The food wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either. Mine had tortilla chip strips on it and they were already long since soggy, so I know it had been ready for a long time. So I'm not really sure why the wait was so long. To be fair, I didn't contact Chili's to alert them of the issues or try to get the missing item. It's not unlikely a manager would have tried to make everything right, but we had to get our kids fed and put to bed. Overall, when we're looking for a quick and easy way to get our kids a nutritious meal, we'll probably look elsewhere in the future.

Wait staff was not attentive at all, I waited 30+ minutes for chips and salsa it was not busy at all. We had to ask for more chips and salsa he forgot to bring them. Refills had to be requested. Bathroom was so dirty I had to clean the toilet before use. Even with a barrier. This is after checking each stall for the clean one a normal dinner took 2.5 hours for absolutely no reason besides our slow service. Manager comped us $25 on a $65 Check.

Food was excellent! Waiter was very friendly and gave us great service! I'll be back soon!
