Service has improved. Much better than in last 6 months where food was taking much longer to come out.  Everything tasted great and server was quick at refilling our tea, which is a big plus for me!

The service was very fast. The staff were kind and efficient. I shared fajitas with my husband - steak and chicken. I recommend asking for extra guac and sour cream. But otherwise it's more than enough to share, at least for us. It was delicious.

Good food, and ambience..variety of options..best of all deserts are awesome..nicer service from the management also..

Service was basic. Bartender didn't know to put salt on the rim of a margarita. What??? The wine was ridiculously under-poured. 
Chips were covered in grease. Street tacos were dropping with grease. The first batch of rice we received was the dried out stuff at the bottom of the pan. The tortillas that came with our fajitas were so blazing hot that I burnt my fingers. It took several minutes for them to cool down. Their salsa was watered down. 
This location is the worst I've ever visited. My husband said we are definitely never coming back. I hope corporate takes a look at this place. It's ridiculously bad. 
The higher ratings have to be from employees. Don't trust them.

First things first I love chillis my whole family does and we eat there almost every other week...we were in Livermore doing some shopping and stopped by here at first customer service was ok we were seated immediately but from there things were a little down hill which was very upsetting I want to say we were about 2 families there and a few people at the bar and it took a LONG TIME to get our food so we disregarded that thinking ok well our food is going to be fresh...NOPE my sister had some old looking asparagus that looked sooo damn dry when at any other chillis it’s buttered and seasoned we asked the waiter why it was done that way and she said it goes through a conveyer belt ?? My moms chicken taste so stale and well my steak was rediculously cold my salad wasn’t a salad it was old lettuce and onions croutons were hard as hell I mean it was just a waste of our money ! That’s not all when you go to a restaurant you expect good customer service food food but to top it off the waiters and workers looked like they were at home they looked like bums I’m not trying to be rude but I would say if you work in a place we’re you serve people you need to look decent not like your homeless unfortunately I would have rather ate at in n out and saved a regretful meal
