Food was good with reasonable prices. Waitress very good and knowledgeable but person bringing meals needed more training. My wife is Gluten-free and asked him if tortilla was corn and he said it was. The waitress saw it as my wife started her second one and stopped her because it was flour not corn. Training on allergies needs to be done and processes to ensure guest safety need to be put in place.

As far as a Chili's goes, this one needs improvement. The food is worse than I have had at others. The waiters we had was actually quite nice. I felt bad for her. The people seated near me were straight constantly going out for smokes and keeping the table from generating tips and revenue. Other patrons were purposely biding their time sipping cheap drinks to avoid paying spending time with the kids sitting next to them. I used to come here a couple times a year while traveling, but I will not be coming back. There are less depressing options.

The food was good. I had a burger which was very good, and my GF had a quesadilla, which was so so. The drinks were good! Great deal on margaritas! The waitress was a little blah, but it was a Saturday night, and busy, so I'd give her the benefit of the doubt.

Had a rack of ribs, they were excellent. Service was great. Waitress was on her toes, very friendly. Won't hesitate to go back.

Great food service was kinda slow but it was a Friday night so it was pretty busy. Drinks were great love the margaritas.
